Sandra Jo Neal passed away on July 10, 2025, in Virginia Beach, Virginia, just five days before her 82nd birthday and three weeks before celebrating her 63 wedding anniversary with her husband.

Born on July 15, 1943, in Virginia, Sandra remained closely tied to her home state throughout her life. Sandra was a devoted wife and mother who dedicated her life to her family, always putting their needs first. Her enduring presence, warm infectious smile, and quiet strength left a meaningful impact on those who knew her.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents Jesse Bell and Hazel Bell Sterling, her stepfather Gradon Sterling, and her brother Jesse (Bert) Bell, Jr.

Sandra is survived by her husband of 62 years, Bobby Neal; her two daughters, Lisa Bryant (Chris) and Kellie Henley; four grandchildren: Joshua Powers (Marion), Seth Powers, Gavin Henley, and Lucy Henley, as well as two great-grandchildren: Lacey Powers and Bowen Powers.
