On October 15, 2025, Joe Pardo, Jr. passed away at his home in Virginia Beach, VA.
He was born on July 19, 1940, in Tampa, Florida, to Jose’ Pardo and Delia Pardo. He was very proud of having served his country in the Army.
He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Martha, who is deeply saddened by his passing but finds solace in the fact that he is no longer in pain that he suffered from for several years.
He is survived by his six children, Joe Pardo, III, Kim Padgett, Lisa Rocamora (Rocky), Tina Pardo, Tony Pardo (Terri) and Tonya Harris (Mike), three bonus daughters, Susan Ragans, Kathy Odom (Dan), Michelle Kubaiko (Tom), numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his loving sisters, Frances Carpenter, Mary Weitkamp (Jim), Sylvia Whitaker (Hurley) and Tina Ayala (Bobby). He was predeceased by his brother, Mike.
Joe made life better with his amazing personality, his stories (that he told over and over again), his kindness and his generosity. He was gifted with the ability to fix anything that was broken. He loved sitting by the pool and people watching. He never met a stranger and loved a party. He was the happiest when he was with his family and friends and loved his family dearly.
He will be deeply missed by his family and friends until we meet again.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
