Louis William Genaro Obituary
Born in Manatí, Pueto Rico, Louis William Genaro lived a life filled with love, laughter, strength, and devotion to his family.
Louis was a loving and devoted husband to his beloved wife, Marilyn Agnes Genaro, for 65 beautiful years. Together, they created a lifetime of memories, raising their family with love, resilience, and commitment. Their marriage was a true example of unconditional love and partnership.
He was a proud father to Louis William Genaro Jr. and Robert Christopher Genaro, a cherished grandfather to Robert Genaro Jr., Louis Genaro III, Lorenzo Genaro, Justin Genaro, and Yonas Genaro and Makayla Genaro, and a loving great-grandfather to Emily, Evan, Ryu, Aoi, Lily, and Namia.
Louis had a gift for bringing joy wherever he went. His laughter, humor, and playful spirit touched everyone around him. If you handed him a simple paper bag, he could turn it into his famous “magic ball” trick and leave everyone amazed and smiling. He loved making people laugh and filled countless moments with happiness.
A devoted fan of New York Yankees, Louis proudly stood by his Yankees through every season, cheering them on whether they won or lost.
After a courageous battle with cancer, Louis is finally at peace. His pain and suffering are over, and though his family’s hearts are heavy with loss, they find comfort knowing he is resting peacefully.
Louis will forever be remembered for his love, his strength, his humor, and the beautiful legacy he leaves behind. His memory will continue to live on through the family and friends who loved him dearly.
