Obituary of Beverly Ann Washington

Beverly Ann Washington, beloved wife, mother, sister and friend ascended to heaven peacefully on June 22, 2016. She was surrounded by her loving family. Beverly was the youngest child born on January 24, 1948 in New York City, to the late Harrison and Betty Primm. She was predeceased by her brother, Alexander Primm. Beverly graduated from high school in New York City. She received her Nursing degree from Morgan State University; her Masters of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from Norfolk Community Hospital. She was employed with Bayside Anesthesia Group early in her career and at her passing she was employed with Atlantic Anesthesia, Inc. Through her procession, Beverly lived her life caring and loving or other people and made a positive impact on many lives. Beverly is survived by her loving husband; Ronald, her two sons; Ryan and Vincent; and her granddaughter; Zariyah, all of the home. She has one grandson; Dillon Moore of Norfolk, one special sister; Conchita Vaughn of Washington, D.C.; and one brother; Harrison Primm of Maryland and numerous nieces and nephews. Beverly will also be missed by a host of other relatives, and friends. A service in celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, July 9, at the Murray Center, 455 Brambleton Ave, Norfolk. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Beverly name to the Chesapeake Humane Society (757) 546-5355.
