Obituary of Lyndia Faye Genwright-Welch
As we take this time to celebrate the transitioning of our sister in Christ Jesus, Lyndia Faye Genwright Welch. Faye will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and loyal friend. She was a partner at Turning Point Church and Ministries and was in the process of completing her second year of Bible College at Spirit of Faith Bible Institute. Faye was a kind and loving person that cared for the people she loved and those who she came to know and loved. She spent many hours as a volunteer at the Center for the homeless in Norfolk, Va.
In the early 90`s until the early two thousand`s Faye worked at Bank of America when she discovered her calling and passion. She would often find her ministering the word, prayer and at times prophesying to her fellow employees in the bathroom. Faye`s love for the Lord led her to be counsel for women that have been emotionally bruised through the cares of this life. Even thou in her own life she was trusting in the Lord with her health battles. The Agape kindness of Faye Welch will be sorely missed but not forgotten.
The life of Faye Welch is being celebrated by her husband Warren A, Welch Sr., her daughter Gloria M.G. Welch-Wiegand, and her sons Quinon H.A. Welch, Warren A. Welch Jr. And Phillip H. A. Moore and son-in-law Spencer Wiegand. Her father Robert Genwright, her sisters Bonnie, Robin, Terrie, and brother Ron Genwright. And everyone that knew and loved her.
