Ryan Patrick Finnegan, 32, a resident of Norfolk's Ocean View section died suddenly on July 21, 2016. Ryan was self-employed as a construction "handy man" He is survived by his beloved son Hunter, and numerous family members and friends. Ryan's funeral will be held at Noon, Wednesday, July 27th at, Church of the Ascension, Virginia Beach. The family will receive friends from 11:00 Wednesday until the hour of service.
