Shelia and I worked together for many years at Chandler Real Estate. We shared many special times and one was the annual Christmas Silent Auction for charity. We had Lisa's office filled with goodies for days while we made up the baskets so they would be ready for the company Holiday party. We had fun times together!

I cannot begin to express the deep sorrow I feel losing my dear friend since childhood. I am so grateful and blessed for all the times we shared together, talking on the phone for hours, sitting on the porch into the late nights, riding all over town when in Cordele, and laughing about everything we thought was funny. No matter how far away we were from each other or how long we were apart, we would always come back together like we had not skipped a beat. Knowing Shelia or "Jen-net", as I affectionately knew her growing up in Cordele and then reconnecting with she and Dwayne when my family and I got stationed in Virginia, I can't think of a time where there wasn't an enormous amount of laughter going on. When being around Jen-net, you knew you weren't going to get many words in the conversation because the remainder of the time you would find yourself bent over from laughter. I can recall many of those days and then to put icing on the cake you'd look at Dwayne and see him just stand there and shake his head. Those of us who knew her can surely say she was a GOD sent, loving soul with whom we will dearly miss. As we continue to live out our lives I'm sure she would be happy in knowing that we took her love through laughter and shared it among those we meet in her honor.
