Myrna Lois Gaskill Obituary
Myrna Lois Gaskill, age 81, passed peacefully in her sleep on December 23rd in her Virginia Beach home.
She was native of Philadelphia, PA, where she graduated High School then met and married the late Joseph Walter Gaskill, Sr. in 1959 and had a loving marriage for 53 years.
Myrna is survived by her children Joseph Gaskill Jr. and Annette Roth along with Joseph’s wife Lynne and
her grandchildren Shelby & Sean Gaskill, all of Virginia Beach.
Myrna was kind, generous, always thought of others, a proud Navy wife which included being an
Ombudsman and a lifetime member at the VFW, post 392. She was passionate about being a
stay-at-home Mom who loved to cook and take care of her family. She lived life her way, spending time
with friends and will always be remembered for her love for animals including Mr. Fox whom she would feed on a nightly basis.
A memorial service will be held at a later date and communicated on the families Facebook page(s).
