Mrs. Nottingham was one of my teachers when I was in elementary school (Capron District School). As an elementary school student, I thought Mrs. Nottingham was mean and strict. Now as an adult, when I look back over those years, I realize that she was not mean or strict at all. She simply wanted me to be the best person that I could be. Because of her, to this very day, I still get compliments on my handwriting. It is solely due to Mrs. Nottingham's insistence that her students formed their letters properly or risk failing her class. Thank you for that Mrs. Nottingham. I will be forever grateful to you for that training. Rest in peace. My sincerest condolences to the family.
