On Friday, October 8, 2021, an angel descended from heaven and took Clifton Gatling's hand when God said the road was getting too rough and the hills were too hard to climb. Clifton was born September 1, 1942. He was a native of Princess Ann Co, Virginia and the son of the late Herman and Pauline Gatling.
Clifton had a kind spirit, was a dedicated employee of Borden Printing, and was of strong Christian faith.
In addition to his parents, he predeceased by his brother, David Brothers, and sisters Odessa Harrell and Sarah Adams. Left cherishing his memory are his sister Novella (Irie) Foreman and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
