Garrett John Dugan, 57 passed away on December 3, 2021 at Halifax Deltona Hospital. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri and the son of late Lorraine Bohn and John Dugan. Garrett served in the U.S. Navy and retired after 20 years of service in 2005. Garrett resided in Virginia Beach for many years where he had two sons, Ryan Dugan of Hollywood Maryland, and Alan Dugan of Virginia Beach Virginia. Garrett loved watching NASCAR racing and football.
