Michael “Mike” Thomas McCrea unexpectedly passed away on February 15, 2022. Mike was born on April 19, 1956 in New Jersey and grew up in Virginia Beach.
Mike was a beloved brother who will be missed. He was a skilled carpenter with a passion for building houses. Mike had a hard shell but a soft interior. He enjoyed the beach, surfing, and riding motorcycles.
Michael was predeceased by his parents, Robert Patrick and Barbara Fay McCrea. He was survived by his sisters, Debbie Jarvis and Karen Aguilar; their spouses, Larry Jarvis and Lee Aguilar; nieces, Jennifer, Erica, and Megan; and their children, Austin, Ava, Noah, and Miles.
A private memorial service for immediate family will be held at a later date.
