So hard to say goodbye-rest in peace to someone who we first met 36 years ago....the man who first greeted us to the neighborhood; someone who we saw almost every morning (with a smile on his face); someone who stood by us as we raised our children; who taught them to drive (God Bless you my friend); and when we had grandchildren, was truly excited to see them just as much as we were. During COVID, David was all about letting them draw on his driveway with chalk as they were happy to share their love with everyone during lockdown. He always joked about something and took the time to stop and talk to his neighbors. We were blessed with his friendship for many years and will miss him terribly, but he's with God and no longer in pain. Love you David

Your Dad was a beautiful combination of love and light. He was genuinely interested in the happiness of others and worked tirelessly to fulfill that goal. David was one of the nicest, most popular people I remember from school. He had a wonderful sense of humor and liked making us laugh. He was witty and smart.
