Obituary of Jacqueline Maria Brunn

It is with heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mother Jackie Brunn, who departed this world on February 20, 2024 surrounded by her loving family. She leaves behind a legacy of love,With  strength, and unwavering dedication to those she cherished.

Born on December 22, 1965, Jackie Brunn was a dynamic force with an unwavering spirit. Her devotion to her family, children, and grandchild knew no bounds, and her nurturing spirit enriched the lives of all who knew her. She found immeasurable joy in being a mother and grandmother, showering her family with endless love and support.

Jackie had a zest for life and a keen eye for beauty and sophistication. Her love for travel took her to far corners of the globe, and she exemplified dedication and excellence in her work over her distinguished 30+ year career. She was a committed professional, and her contributions left a lasting impact and earned her the respect and admiration of colleagues and peers alike.

A dedicated member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. for 30 over years, Jackie embodied the values of sisterhood, service, and leadership. Her commitment to her sorority's mission enriched the lives of countless individuals, and her legacy of service will continue to inspire future generations.

In addition to her professional accomplishments and community service, Jackie will be remembered for her sound advice, listening ear, kindness, and infectious laughter. She had a remarkable ability to uplift those around her and make everyone feel loved, and she surely will be missed.

Jackie is survived by her two children, Jasmine and Derek, and her granddaughter, Amber, as well as her mother Shirley Gordon, and her siblings Doris, Edward Jr., Llago, Gerald, Joyce Ann, and Bruce. She leaves behind a host of grieving family members and countless friends whose lives were touched by her extraordinary presence. 

While we mourn her loss, we take solace in knowing that her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her forever. Though she may be gone from our sight, Jackie's love will continue to guide us, and her memory will forever be a blessing.
