Billy was an awesome man. He was so kindhearted and thoughtful. A God fearing man, he would help all those he could. He was a student of my mother, Mrs. Isabelle King and has shared many funny stories about those moments. He was as fond of her as she was of him. He will truly be missed. He was so cheerful and kind. My condolences to the family. You are and will continue to be in my prayers. Pam King
