Suzie was a part of our life almost all her life. My mother took care of her mother opal in Armona,, CA. Su,ie was always dressed in future dresses and her hair in long curls. We just lived a couple houses down from her. She has always been o big part of our lives.. I taught her how to climb the rafters in a barn and she always wanted me to be her horse...I packed her everywhere on my back. AS WE GOT OLDER, we would go to Pismo Beach in California, ...We kept in touch with her all her life, RUTH Ann and Suzie were pretty close and ran around tighter, and got in trouble together. Years later..Suzie called me.and came to see me in Libby. I borded BUDDIES horse RED FOR A WHILE.. They moved to Libby..They had a couple different places..The one in town was a pretty neat place, Cody and I picked her up in a horse drawn carriage and took her for a ride..she loved it..I also took her for a ride down the highway and she couldn't believe we didn't get run over by cars. CODY and I were with her on her first Christmas in LIBBY, HELPED her decorate her first tree, had he first Christmas dinner.. She saaid that was one of the funiest times she ever had. We, Cody and I ALSO dressed up one yeaar for Holloween and gave out candy.....we had kids lined up clear down the block...The Kiids haad to do a little dance or sing for candy. We haad a blast that night. THEN later on we had a group of girls call the piglets and we all got together once a year had great food, adult games, prizes that we could steal from each other, pigland news, with great old recipes, new recipes and memories from the year prior ..It was written by me capturing all the events of the year...We got new members every year. And they had to bring a dressed up pig.. which was judged for first place..Suzies piglet name was DIVA...she wore it well..Suzie will be greatly missed in our lives and we the Mellick clan love her as our sister and she is greatly missed.
